  hi. has anyone heard of the medical marijuana dispensiaries closing?

  1 0 Gregoires punting on the latest round of legislation has thrown the dispensaries in WA out of compliance with federal law, and thus they do have negative exposure to federal (and state and local) law enforcement. All of the dispensaries I have heard about having issues have been in Spokane, which is a different region than Seattle for federal law enforcement. For example, there are both Seattle and Spokane offices of the FBI, and I would imagine the DEA as well, as well as different federal prosecutors offices. I'd imagine that there is some gray area around the sensibilities of the federal prosecutors and law enforcement relative to the area they operate in and the politics thereof. So, while technically they are certainly at risk, it's probably a wait and see approach. Or, you could do what I do and have a bearded hippy in a 4runner come to you as your dispensary.   What's the best way to approach someone who's drinking seems to be getting increasingly out of control?

  0 2 Drinking excessively is ultimately a aggressive, to self and others, act of the ego. As such, you are not going to talk anyone out of doing so until they internalize the need to do so.   1 0 I'm actually already on 32 width tires. So you are suggesting getting smaller width tires than that in order to increase the pressure within the tire? That makes sense.
