7 pm is generally best most anywhere you go. It gives the home occupants enough time to get home from work and it's not too late if you worry about winding your kids down before bed.

Not an answer, but just throwing it out there. The best Indian food seems to be on the East Side, rather than Seattle, due to the larger Indian population there. Unless you're just looking for something close, you're probably asking about the wrong city. (Think Samammish, Bellevue, Redmond, ect).
