  what does everyone think of the new 3-downvote limit per day?

  1 0 The only times I've ever been moved to give more than three downvotes in a 12-hr period is to express disgust with one or both inflammatory participants in an "extended way-too-long" tit-for-tat comment war. Based on the existence of such threads, however, it's clear the downvotes didn't matter much as a deterrent.
