It's more or less a few large rooms with lots of windows. I think I'll give it a shot in just one of the rooms first with the non-swirly bulbs and see how that goes. Thanks for your help!

Well the bulbs are for my office. I was spouting off about how much I love my full spectrum lamps at my house and my boss decided he wanted me to look into full spectrum light bulbs for our ceiling. The fixtures we need to fit them into are just regular light fixtures: 75 watt max, usual screw in bulbs. So I guess I'm looking for the full spectrum incandescents.

Matt - yeah, generally it's something offered by your service provider when you buy your phone. You pay something around 5-10$ a month and it replaces lost or broken phones.
