  0 0 Ah. Well - I do know that about all things being, technically, comprised of chemicals. I was just using that as shorthand for PBDEs, or for "harmful" chemicals, specifically of the neurotoxin variety. That is unfortunate, to hear they cannot be removed. But, doing some research, I learned that manufacturers specify that washing garments in certain kinds of soap will "compromise their flammability" - so maybe that is a possibility.   1 0 He exercised, LITERALLY, constantly. I am not exaggerating. Several people moved rather than have to listen to his grunts. Man were they gross. Also there was the slam of the weights in the weight-holder thing. But the worst were his "keops" - you know - from martial arts? I've taken martial arts so I know it can be a part of it, but he SCREAMED them. I tried to talk to him once, asking could he please try and accommodate the neighborhood by not yelling, and wasn't martial arts about restraint anyway, but he just very intensely disagreed, moving his hands a lot in a way that scared me (though I don't think he meant to be exactly threatening) and moving closer and closer until I just left. He was also wearing a child's sweatband on his head. Geez was that miserable. Banjo commented over 2 years ago
