I don't think it is in his column but he mentioned his standing rule for Valentine's Day on this week's and last week's Savage Love Cast which is fuck first and then go out. Apparently he is typically inundated with letters and calls after V-Day from people that could not perform after a heavy night of eating drinking hence the rule.

That is my general understanding also, but I believe it is possible to incorporate student loans into 100% payback Chapter 13 cases, at least according to what I read on the internets. I was fortunate to not have any student loan debt, just unsecured consumer debt when I did a Chapter 13.

Regardless, consulting a bankruptcy attorney first would be my advice. Most offer free consultations and will give you a better opinion than most "credit counselors."

Then you would be OK. In my experience airplane blankets have come wrapped in plastic for a very long time.

You bet! I forgot to mention that usually stock enough pillows and blankets for first-class; an amenity that has basically disappeared from domestic coach cabins.

You bet. You might wade through this document put out by the City:

    http://www.seattle.gov/dpd/cms/groups/pan/@pan/@publication/documents/web_informational/dpdp_018328.pdf

You might also try calling the city to see if they can give you an answer.
