Wow, I'm glad you were able to vent this all out somewhere because if you blew up on the roomate with all of this at once you would make a fool out of yourself. It sounds like your situation sucks, but it doesn't sound like you have taken any proactive moves (laying it out here doesn't count)
Don't go reporting her for some sort of revenge, what's that going to solve? Most likely it will make things worse for you. Were you friends before this? If not, how did this situation come to pass? Why don't you speak straightforward to your roommate. Leave out all the "I work long hours to come home to this yadda yadda yadda" and get to the point. If she isn't paying rent, this isn't going to work, period. If that doesn't work, speak to your landlord. I'd be suprised if landlords gave a shit about roommate problems unless you have some sort of wacky lease that allows single occupants to get kicked off a lease. If you somehow have that sort of arrangement, those are the methods to go through.
Oh, and find someone you can talk to in person, because the kind of rant you just let out here leads me to believe you don't talk to people outside of retail that often.
Hope that was some help.
And if all else fails, find a way to leave yourself. If you are really the hard workin', proactive person you claim to be by dogging on folk living differently, then prove it and get a new place on different terms.
