  Who is Kipper Kaper, author of "Sex is Fun"?

  0 0 Author here. You don't have to be qualified for anything to write a book on any subject, you just have to persuade someone to publish it. If you're self-published (I'm guessing he is) then the bar to publishing is non-existent. I could write a book of sex advice, the history of metallurgy, or the inner life of the tse-tse fly and self-publish. Whether it's worth reading is another matter.   Secret to good shortbread

  2 0 Shortbread is really not that hard. I like to brown the butter for mine--it makes the cookies taste like carmel. I also use salted butter. I recommend that you focus on the shortbread and skip the coffee and chocolate flavorings this time. Since you haven't made this cookie before, it's easy to mess up any additions, and shortbread on its own is fantastic with coffee. Like, amazing.
