  0 0 it would be a liscened business generating tax revneues and employeeing people in our community. I guess a better question would be, can a cafe style dispensary exist legally in Seattle easier than it would outside city limits given the criminal status of cannabis in Seattle is less punative. sharonw commented over 2 years ago
