Nine to Five is a really great comedy which was also one of the only (other) movies written & directed by Colin Higgins, who wrote Harold & Maude. It came out before the term "sexual harassment" did and it deals with it forcefully and hilariously so that should appeal to your feminist side. Also it's an early office comedy so there's your hat trick. I wouldn't call it slapstick, but it uses a lot of visual humor. See it if you haven't!
If you want to watch something more serious or maybe violent, I'd also strongly recommend The Baader-Meinhoff Complex, which is a true story, and Pedro Almodovar's Matador which is like a romantic horror movie. Those two are in German & Spanish, respectively.
