First of all- don't beat yourself up over it. One day of bad eating isn't going to throw you completely out of whack or totally derail your normally healthy eating.
Spend tomorrow focusing on eating food that makes you feel good. Make a green smoothie for breakfast (my favorite is with fresh spinach, raw cashews, frozen cranberries, nettle tincture, and kefir), take your vitamins, drink heaps of water, and focus on eating whole foods without heavy sauces or dressings. I'd highly suggest avoiding gluten and dairy, at least for the day. Brown rice, fresh veggies, raw nuts, fruit juices (fresh), etc. If you work downtown there's a really fantastic smoothie/juice place in the Convention Center that I frequent when I feel like I need to re-track my eating.
Also- keep papaya enzymes on hand, just because days like this happen from time to time. They help aid in digestion, and can ease a gross feeling stomach pretty quickly.
If you're dieting- make a note of what triggered you to binge today and keep that in mind in the future. I lost about 25 pounds in 6 months a few years ago- and it was REALLY hard work, and I definitely had some times where my eating was still totally out of control. Instead of getting down about it, which often leads to the same cycle- just accept that you had a bad day and move on.
