It's really not that hard to sign up for multiple gmail addresses and then sign in to questionland to vote on something with all of them. Monumental waste of time, yes, but not exactly something that can be fixed. IP banning is an option, but generally not advisable since it often bans more people than the perpetrator, not to mention it can be circumvented pretty trivially with proxy servers.

This is the real bug. See Marty's answer below. It lets you vote twice (reflects this in your browser), but if you refresh the page you will find that only one vote has been saved.

In that case his posts are completely hidden from the front page, archive pages, etc upon loading them (after a short delay in which you MAY catch sight of a Mudede post. I am not liable!)

I jaywalk there all the time. For what it's worth, the light is usually green for 3rd Ave, and the light stays green at least 5 seconds after the DONT WALK signal turns on for good.
