  Fun, healthy food for the "munchies"?

  1 0 I am a huge fan of raw almonds. They are packed with good fats so even if you eat a lot, it's good for you. If you're ok with sodium, snacking on roasted/salted sunflower seeds is great too. Satisfying because there's a bit of work to extract the seed and that prevents you from eating too many. Also good for you. same goes for pumpkin seeds which are rich with healthful minerals, protein and monounsaturated fat.
