    Covered playgrounds - why doesn't Seattle have them? / Where are they hiding?

    I think we actually need a municipal push for covered playgrounds. (Not that we have money, but, you know, in the long run.) All the playgrounds in Australia have shade sails, because that's the environmental requirement. We should have covered portions of playgrounds, because our kids still need to play the 8 months out of the year that it's raining. Maybe that's what should go in at Seattle Center.
