    Good call! I went there on my lunch break and found more than I needed, but couldn't resist because the staff were so friendly and helpful.

    If he's not totally over Keen, have him call them a call for compensation...they are good like that. If he is an REI member, REI will pretty much take anything back and give you credit/refund or a new pair at equal value.

    Yeah we've experienced infinitely better results by blowing more air in and twisting cap to seal once they are nice and inflated.
