Long answer: Know your bar staff. Most servers/bartenders, as normal youngish working class individuals, smoke a little herb here and there. I frequent a bar where there is actually a house piece for everyone to use. But it is still illegal. There is no way any sane person interested in keeping their job is going to let you smoke openly in front of other customers. And if there was a marijuana speakeasy in Seattle, one would have to be an idiot to divulge it on a public web forum.

Get a club soda with lime and take your herb to the alley. Or, better yet, do it at home where there is far less risk of being arrested. And get a fucking job, hippie.

Kristin, it's a nonsense term that was made up by the writer of the book to which you've linked. Basically, the book is an attempt to demonize "liberals" through word association and specious reasoning.

Only uneducated people would give any weight to the trope, and if someone you know has encouraged you to believe the things written in the epnonymous book, you'd do the world a favor by kicking them in the junk.

My advice to you: Mind your own fucking business, don't let drama intrude upon your life, and learn how to communicate effectively in about 1/4 of the space you've used here.

As long as no one is getting hurt, I'd let them work it out. Being playful is part of a kitten's way of learning about the world. If you don't allow her to learn her lessons about how to socialize properly from your cat, she might not learn them at all.
